Delete your Biolynx account
Biolynx (developed by [Your developer name as shown on Google Play]) lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Fastest — delete in the app
Use the in-app Delete Account button
- Open the Biolynx app on your phone.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm twice when prompted. Deletion is immediate.
Or — request by email
Email us to delete your account
Email us from the address you used to sign up, with the subject "Delete My Account". We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

- All uploaded photos

What we keep
- Nothing that personally identifies you, once deletion completes.
- Anonymized, aggregated diagnostic data that cannot be linked back to you.
Retention:
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days.
Encrypted backups containing your data are purged on our standard rotation
within 30 days of deletion.
